All of our jewelry is made to order and due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we offer 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and a restocking fee of 25% will be reflected in your refund as a processing fee. Additionally, cancellation of orders when the crafting process has started will be refunded minus a 25% service fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. A 25% tax will be added to your order for the payment and processing of the customs taxes and duties for your shipment to avoid any complications and delays with the delivery.
Should you require to return your order for a repair, exchange, or refund, the buyer will be responsible to ship the item back at their own expense, including the customs taxes and duties on the return shipment and outgoing shipment should it be a repair or exchange on your Earthena jewelry.

Please note that both the shipping and the 25% tax are non-refundable so we encourage you to make sure your purchase is exactly what is to be expected before checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not refundable.
This includes making changes or making a customized request on metal type, stone size, stone quality, ring size, and engraving as such. We also cannot accept refunds or returns on items that are specified as closeout or final sales items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
