Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – Earthena Jewelry

Each Earthena piece is individually handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, which is why we kindly ask for your patience as we create your jewelry with care.

Production Timeline
Please allow approximately 15–20 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. This timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your piece or during peak seasons. We will notify you if additional time is needed.

Shipping Options & Transit Time
Once your order has been completed and quality checked, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS when your item ships.

Please note: total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, if you select expedited shipping (1–2 business days), your order will ship via that method after the 15–20 business day production window.

For orders shipped within the United States:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (transit time only)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (transit time only)

For international orders:

  • International Shipping: 5–10 business days (excluding customs delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions)

Please note that shipping transit times are in addition to production time.

Shipping Delays & Liability
Earthena Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. Please monitor your tracking and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.

Signature Requirement
All shipments are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery when shipping to a residential or business address. If you select to have your order shipped to a local UPS Access Point, your package will be sent to the nearest eligible location based on the shipping address provided. A government-issued photo ID is required for pick-up. If the package is not retrieved within 7 business days, it will be returned to the shipper. A reshipping fee of $50.00 will apply for domestic shipments and must be paid before your order is resent. For international shipments, a reshipping fee of $135.00 will apply, and import taxes, duties, and fees may be required to be paid again. You will be notified by email if your package is returned to our facility.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Transit times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and fees are collected during the checkout process and are non-refundable once the shipment has been shipped. Earthena Jewelry cannot influence or expedite customs processing and is not liable for delays or fees imposed by your country’s customs agency.

International Shipping FAQ

  • Which countries does Earthena ship to internationally? We currently ship to select international destinations. Please email us at info@earthenajewelry.com if you have a question about your country.

  • How long will international shipping take? Once shipped, most international packages arrive within 5–10 business days, excluding customs delays.

  • Will I be charged duties or import taxes? Yes. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout and are non-refundable once the shipment has been shipped.

  • Can I track my international package? Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your package ships.

  • What happens if my package is held at customs? Customs clearance times vary. Please reach out to your local customs office for updates or next steps. Unfortunately, Earthena cannot expedite this process.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your household members, building management, or neighbors first. Then contact Earthena Jewelry to proceed with the claim process. While Earthena Jewelry is not liable for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, we will assist you in initiating a formal claim with the shipping provider. Resolution is not guaranteed and is subject to the carrier's investigation process.

Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance on select orders or during checkout through partnered services. If your package becomes lost or damaged in transit and it is insured, please notify us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim resolution.
