Refund policy
- All of our jewelry is made to order, and due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, we offer a 3-day return window. You have three days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund as a processing fee.
- Order cancellations requested after the crafting process has begun will also be subject to a 25% service fee.
- All diamond engagement rings—whether featuring a mined or lab-grown diamond, and whether in stock or made to order—are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@earthenajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Orders
The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. A 25% tax will be added to your order for the payment and processing of the customs taxes and duties for your shipment to avoid any complications and delays with the delivery.
Should you be required to return your order for a repair, exchange, or refund, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense, including the customs taxes and duties on the return shipment and outgoing shipment should it be a repair or exchange on your Earthena jewelry.
By purchasing your order, you are to agree to these terms and conditions we have for international orders.
Please note that both the shipping and the 25% tax are non-refundable so we encourage you to make sure your purchase is exactly what is to be expected before checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items are not refundable.
This includes making changes or making a customized request on metal type, stone size, stone quality, ring size, and engraving as such. We also cannot accept refunds or returns on items that are specified as closeout or final sales items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
