Return & Exchange Policy – Earthena Jewelry
Each Earthena Jewelry piece is handmade to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we offer a 3-day return window. You have three calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns & Restocking Fee
If your return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover materials, labor, and administrative processing.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations requested after production has begun are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Once a piece has entered production, materials and labor have already been committed.
Final Sale Items
All diamond engagement rings, including those with natural or lab-grown diamonds, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This applies to both in-stock and made-to-order designs.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Items that include customizations such as metal changes, stone upgrades, size adjustments, engravings, or other special requests are also final sale.
International Orders
For international customers, shipping fees and the 25% customs and duties fee charged at checkout are non-refundable. Should a return, repair, or exchange be needed, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any import/export taxes or duties incurred.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Instructions
Email info@earthenajewelry.com to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized in writing before being sent. Any package sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
